ODSNet connects to your business system ( ERP ). The master data and transactional data is transferred automatically between ERP system and ODSNet. 


It is possible to view, and even edit the data via the Admin features in ODSNet. 

Masterdata should only be maintained in one system. The normal setup is that ODSNet is connected to your ERP system and all master data is transferred automatically.

User Data: 

User data depends on the setup. 

- B2C site: On a retail site, the user data is normally only held on ODSNet. All users are linked to one "Web sales account" in your ERP system.


- B2B site: On a trade site, each trade user is linked to a customer account in the ERP system. One Customer account can have multiple users.
