This page is Product Maintenance ( see Introduction re. master data maintenance).

The buttons at the top: the first one, “New” will allow for the manually creating a product rather than being imported via the “Get product API”.

The "Product link to media" will automatically link image files ( see Media Library), where the image filename is the same as the e-commerce item code.

On the right hand side of the product maintenance page there are two search fields, these can be used to limit what is displayed on the page to single or groups of products using corresponding information, for example if the Product codes of a brand all begin with "CL" you can use this to display that particular group of products. The description field will do the same but will search only in the description fields found in each products detail pages.

In the product Maintenance page, you are also able to modify the media attached to each product.

Select view media on a product, if an image has previously been added to the Media Library (see Content Management) it can be added, if there are multiple images attached to a product the order can also be adjusted via the “change Sequence” button.

Products and their details are generally pulled from the backend systems via the “Get Product API”, items can be adjusted manually, however new information will generally be overwritten by the backend systems when a scheduled or force update of products occurs. Click Edit on any product to see the fields each product uses.
