Channel Unity Order Status



Pending (OnHold): The order has been placed in to the buyers online basket but not paid for
Pending Sync (Processing): The order has been paid for on the marketplace and all the order data has been downloaded into ChannelUnity
Processing (Processing): The order data has been sent to the cart and acknowledged as received
Cancelled (Canceled): The order has been cancelled on either the marketplace or in the cart
Completed (Complete): The order has been marked as complete and the relevant notifications have been sent.

i.e.
Before running Order API, order status on CU is "Pending Sync"
After Order API has run, status on CU Processing (Processing).  

Once we have a Despatch notification from ERP (Sage or SAP), then ecom will send Despatch notification to CU, this will then update to Completed.
