Select FAQ in the drop down
Up to 10 separate FAQ lists can be created. Each one with unlimited number of Question / Answer pairs.
Create an FAQ Question / Answer pair
Area: The Area allows for FAQ's to be grouped, and different groups of FAQ displayed on separate pages.
e.g. FAQ's relating to shipping can be displayed on a page relating to shipping.
Active: tick to display
Page Access: All - does not require login, or Logged in Users Only
Content Name: Enter the Question here. The question can only be text, no formatting.
Content: Write the answer here. The answer can have formatting, images and links to other pages.
Save: click save to save content.
The FAQ's can be displayed in 2 ways.
Display list of all FAQ's, in all FAQ lists
To display all, active, FAQ's, in all FAQ Areas,
URL: <your domain> / shared/faq
FAQ's can also be displayed as widget, on other corporate pages.
Display FAQ's on a Corporate Page
Create a new corporate page, or edit an existing page, in the Wysiwyg editor, click Tools > Source , and paste the following in the area where you like the FAQ to appear.

This will display all FAQ's with Area: FAQ1.
If you like to display FAQs created with Area: FAQ2 then paste,

etc.
