Introduction
A user may sometimes lock themselves out of their account, or a the account may become unaccessable due to incorrect information entered. If this occurs, and admin is able to reset the user's password from the Admin Panel.
Resetting a user password
- Log into your admin panel.
- Open the Sales Section, then click Users
- Search for the username of the user that is having an issue using the search box
- Press "Reset Password" on the user
- Type in a new password for the user. This must be different from any previous passwords a user has had. Passwords must be be typed twice for verification.
If you have reset a password for a user, please advise them to update their password to something memorable immediately.
