Deactivate Web User in SAP

In SAP the the Web User is a Contact on the Business Partner record. 

In SAP you can Deactivate the Business partner and the Contact independently. 

1) Business Partner Inactive , Contact Active: 

This will allow Web user to log on to ODSNet and place an order. 

The Order will fail to import into SAP (with Error Business Partner inactive). An Alert will be sent to alert email recipient. 

2) Business Partner Active, or Inactive, Contact Inactive:

This will set the Web User in ODSNet to "User on Blocked"

This will prevent Web User from logging on to ODSNet. 

To Deactivate the Contact, use the Active / Inactive radio button on the Contact Tab.
