As part of the ODS platform, we now include a function to export and import product data directly into the platform.
To begin exporting the data, go to Admin > Data Transfer > Import-Export Product and run the download function found under export products, this may take a few minutes to run as it is generating an excel sheet with all products found on the current site.
Once completed you will be provided with a downloaded copy of the products, as seen below.
Edit the fields that need to be changed, then save the document.
Additionally if there are products you do not need to edit, the respective rows can be removed from the sheet, though please remember to remove the rows, not just the cell contents.
Please make sure you save this separately from the original document.
Return to the import by returning to Admin > Data Transfer > Import-Export Product, selecting the new import file using the fileexplorer/choose file, then press Import products.
During the import a loading bar will display showing the progress of the import.
Once that has completed the updated product information should be reflected in the website.
