Page Settings - My Account Page


Sub Category: My Account Page & System Config: MyAccountPageWidgets

In this config you will able to set and update the tab section in my account page as well as set the home page design panel.


1. System Config 1 (Display Tab Section(true/false)): This config allows to display the tab section on the my account page. if you set the config true then you will see the tab section or if you set the false then want be display

You will see this type of tab section on my account page as shown below screenshot


Note: the below config use if you want to display the design panel in home page

so first you have set the panel in the admin

2. System Config 2 (Display HomepageDesignPanel1(true/false)

3. System Config 3 (Display HomepageDesignPanel2(true/false)

4. System Config 4 (Display HomepageDesignPanel3(true/false)

5. System Config 5 (Display HomepageDesignPanel4(true/false)

6. System Config 6 (Display HomepageDesignPanel5(true/false)

Go to Admin > Content Management > Web Content > Now update the panel as per requirement

Sub Category: My Account Page & System Config: My Account Category Display

In this category you will set and update the my account page category, so there are 13 config to manage it



NOTE: These setting determine whether an option will be available to B2c (retail) or B2b(trade) or both.

True,False - Available to Retail users but not trade.

True,True - Available to Retail and trade users.

False,True - Only available to Trade users, not retail.

False,False - Not available to either user type.  


1. Change User Password: This config allows to display/remove the change user password button from the account page.


If set to true, the change user password link will display in the account page.



2. Change Billing Address: This config allows users to modify their Billing address, configuration 11 will determine if an email is as we do not update the addresses stored in SAP.

If set to true a link in the account quick links and on the account main page will display, allowing users to modify their billing address.

If this user was generated from SAP (trade user), if the user is sync'd from SAP then the updated billing address will be overwritten, we do not push address updates directly into SAP.



3. Change Shipping Address:  This config allows users to modify their Shipping address, configuration 11 will determine if an email is as we do not update the addresses stored in SAP. 


If set to true a link in the account quick links and on the account main page will display, allowing users to modify their shipping address.

If this user was generated from SAP (trade user), if the user is sync'd from SAP then the updated billing address will be overwritten, we do not push address updates directly into SAP.





4. Store Credits: This config allows users to view their store credits, these credits are generated within Ecom.


If set to true  a store credits link will display in the account quick links, inside this page, users will be able to see the store credit them have.


Credit is managed via admin, it is not managed via an ERP system.

To modify the credit, use the following steps;

Admin > Sales > Users

Click on Store Credit

Create the credit amount


It will then display as shown below in admin.



5. Saved Orders: This config allows users to access their saved orders, if enabled, you will also want to enable the save orders button for the basket page, then from this page, they can move these saved orders to the basket.


If set to true a saved order link will display in the account quick links.



6. View My Orders:  This config allows users to view their previous orders, if enabled, this information is pulled from SAP.

If set to true, a view my orders link will display in the account quick links.



7. View My Invoices: This config allows users to view their Invoices, the information and pdf's will be pulled from SAP.


If set to true a view my invoices link will display in account quick links.



8. View Orders -> Allocation Qty: This config will display the Allocation qty column on the view orders page when the user views the details of an order.

When set to true the allocation qty column will be displayed.

Allocation quantity is currently used with amend order when the ERP system is set to sage, the allocated quantity will be set to the quantity requested before the order was amended.



9. View External ERP Orders: This config allows to hide/unhide the View External ERP Orders

If set to true the view external orders link will be displayed in the account quick links.


This page is to display the logs for the orders sent to the site by our external api.

This API allows for orders to be placed using api tools such as SOAPUI, here you will be able to view the orders that the user has tried to place via that method.

You will be able to see the response and request messages that they sent.

10. View Account Number: This config determines whether the Account number (i.e C10000 from SAP) will be displayed to the user on the main account page.

If set to true the account number associated with the user will be displayed on the main account page as shown below.



11. Request for Address Change: As we do not push address updates into SAP, this will determine whether email is sent requesting that the address is changed.

If set to true, an email will be sent to the users email, as well as the enquiries email setup under the company data, requesting that the users data be updated


12. Download Product list: The config allows users to download a sheet of the products available to them on the site.

If set to true and the user clicks download, we will begin generating a product sheet for them.

Once downloaded the user will have access to sheet with names, item codes, descriptions etc of all the products available to them on the website at the time of generating the sheet.



13. Download Price list: The config determines whether users will be able to download a copy of the pricing for the products available to them.

If set to true, when the user clicks download prices, we will being generating an excel sheet.

Once downloaded the sheet will appear as shown below, displayed product codes, names and pricing.
This will be based on the visibility group the user is on and the products available to them in that visibility group.



Sub Category: My Account Page & System Config: Invoice Summary Column Display

In this category, you will able to manage and update the column for invoice summary on the account page

so there are 11 configs to manage this



1. ADLDate (Date): 

When set to true then a Date column will be displayed in the invoice summary



The Date will display based on the invoice date.


When set to false this column will not display.



2. ASDType (Type)


When set to true then a type column will be displayed in the invoice summary

This column allows you to display the invoice type such as credit, cash, invoice, etc.


When set to false this column will not display.


3. ADLDocNo (Document)


If set to true then you will see the Document column in the invoice summary.

Depending on the ERP system being used, this will reference differnt values.

Astute - ADLDocNo - ADLDocNo

SAP - ADLDocNo - SapDocId


This is the auto-generated document ID from when invoices are generated in sap



4. ASDIdentity (Id)


When set to true an ID column will display on the invoice summary page.



This is the invoice ID for that invoice, depending on the erp system where this is pulled from will change.

Astute - ASDIdentity = ASDIdentity

SAP - ASDIdentity = TransNumber

If set to false then it will now display.


5. ADLRef (Reference)


Enabling this config will allow users to see the reference column




This will display SAP's reference for the invoice.


6. ADLDueDate (Due Date)

If set to true the column for the Due date will display.


If set to false the due date will not display.


7. ADCOutstanding (Owing)



If set to true an owing column will display the amount still owed for the invoiced order.



If set to false it will not display.


8. Image: 


If set to true an images button can be displayed to users, through this link they will then be able to download a copy of the invoice for the order.

If set to false this field will not display.


9. ADCGoods (Goods)


If set to true a goods column can be displayed, this is to show the value of the items ordered.

Currently this is only mapped for use with Astute ERP system.


 If set to false then the Goods column will not display.


10. ADCVat (VAT)

a. Set the config True

    If set to true then the Vat column will display on the invoice page.

Currently this is only mapped for use with Astute ERP system.

If set to false the column will not display.



11. DCAmountCur (Total)

a. Set the config True

   If set to true, the total amount for the invoice will be displayed.


If set to false then this column will not display.





Sub Category: My Account Page & System Config: Order Summary Display

This category allows to manage the copy order and tracking order so there are only 2 configs to manage it


1. Copy Order: This config allows users to copy previous orders back to their basket.

If set to true a copy icon will be displayed when viewing their orders.



If set to false then it won't be display


2. Tracking

If you're providing tracking codes in SAP, if this is then enabled on site, when users view their orders, they will be able to see the Tracking code by clicking on the icon highlighted below.


This tracking ID can be clicked on to link to the tracking page for the shipping provider. 

Please advise the shipping services used for the site, so that we can make sure the links used are correct, as the URL is generated when getting the ID from SAP.
