To stop them logging in or for orders to not be placed for them, through either telesales or field sales, they need to be deactivated.


Manually Generated Users


If the user was generated manually, or is otherwise not generated in SAP, they must manually be set to inactive through admin, by going to Sales > Users > edit a user.


In side the users editable data you will see an 'Inactive' field, tick this and save and the user will now not be able to be used or logged into.

For SAP generated Users


If the user was generated in SAP, go to their business partner > Contact Persons, then select the contact person that was 

generated. 


Untick the active field, which will be under that contact persons information, save the change, then when the user is next imported they will be set as inactive in the website.
