Sometimes issues can occur where a pages URL will not properly connect to the page, this can lead to 'Gone Walkies' error screens.

These can often be resolved by refreshing the slugs and caching for the site.


1. To refresh these, first login to an admin account, go to admin > Site Configuration > Ecommerce Control Data.


2. You will then want to run both the Clear Index and Clear Cache functions, these are in the Index - Cache Management section. 

The page will refresh and a more info icon will display at the top of the page after running each.


3. Once you have run these, scroll down to the Product Slug - Json Management section.
In here run the Delete and Create Product slugs function, then Update Product Jsons function, again these will take a moment to run and the page will refresh once each has completed.

Note - If you clear the index and cache, you MUST also run the update index and cache functions afterwards.

4. You will now need to return to the Index - Cache Management section, and here you will run the Update Index, then Update All Cache functions, these each may take a minute or so to run each, again the page will refresh once completed, the view results will display how many entries were generated.
